  2. Tell us about them

    Add their name, the occasion and a detail only you would know. Draft the script yourself or let our writer suggest one, then edit it until it sounds right.

  3. Pick a package

    Order one video, or a pack of three or five. The first video uses one credit; the rest stay on your account as credits for any character, any occasion.

  4. Share the private link

    Your video lands on a private order page. Send the link, download the file, and spend leftover credits from the same page whenever the next big day comes round.

Is the video a real recording?

No. Every video is an imagined AI performance, not an authentic recording, and it is labelled that way. The voice and face are generated; the words are the ones you approved.

When can I place an order?

Any time. Orders are open around the clock, and the price shown is the price you pay, whatever the timer on the page says.

How long until the video is ready?

Most videos arrive within minutes of payment. When the queue is busy it can take longer; your order page shows the status and we email you when it is done.

What if it doesn't come out right?

Ask for a remake from your order page within 30 days. One remake of the same script is free and does not use a credit.

Where do I find my order and my credits?

Your confirmation email links to a private order page with your video, a share link and your remaining credits. Lost the email? Use Find your order and we will resend the links.

What can the character say?

Birthday wishes, a pep talk, a gentle roast, a toast: anything warm and personal, between 60 and 110 words. First names only, nothing hurtful, and no impressions of living people.
